The Children's choir studio was set up in 1996 as the 5th choral group of POLYPHONIC CHOIR OF PATRAS. The studio's first priority is to teach 8-10 year old children how to sing in a choir before joining the CHILDREN'S CHOIR. 
During the past years the Children's Choir Studio took part in a number of educational - entertaining activities both in the city of Patras and in other Greek cities. Many of these concerts were organized by Patras Municipality (children's Carnival - May Day etc.).  All concerts aimed at promoting the artistic work of the Children's Choir Studio.
The main purpose of Children's Choir Studio is to prepare its members to join the Children's Choir having as much musical knowledge as possible, by using modern teaching ways related to the children's interests as well as using the appropriate audiovisual means
1997-1999  The choir won 9 prices in Patras Carnival choir competitions, in 1997, 1998, 1999 (performing, lyrics, composing and stage profile)
2000           In June, a big concert was organized together with the composer Mr.Notis Mauroudis on his works at the Fortress of Patras
2001           First Prize-Gold Medal in Hellenic Choir competition of HON (Χ.Ο.Ν.) in Pallas Theatre in Athens
2002           In May the choir took part in the Children's Choir Festival organized by the Municipality of Nea Philadelphia in Athens
2003           In May, the choir took part in Choir Festival of the Municipality of Chaidari in Athens and in the Organization's concert celebrating its 20th anniversary
2004           In February, the choir took part in the Children's Choir Festival organized by the Municipality of Patras for the Children's Carnival and in April the choir was awarded with Gold medal and UNESCO's medal in the Hellenic competition of HON (Χ.Ο.Ν.) which took place in the University of Pireas
2005           The Choir took part in the Hellenic competition of HON (Χ.Ο.Ν.) and was awarded with First and Gold medal having also gained UNESCO's excellence
2006           The choir took part in the 1st International Choir Meeting/15th Hellenic Choir Conference which took place in the Conference & Cultural Centre of the University of Patras, while at the same time it took part in the Hellenic competition of HON (Χ.Ο.Ν.) and was once again awarded with First and Gold medal having gained UNESCO's excellence
2007           The choir took part in the Hellenic competition of HON (X.O.N.) at the Evgenidion Institution in Athens (1st prize, 29.04.07), as well as in the Organization's concert for the Anti-Cancer Organization (17.05.07)
2008           The choir took part in the Concert celebrating the 25th anniversary of Polyphonic Choir at the Conference & Cultural Centre of the University of Patras
2009           The Choir took part in the Organization's concert for (ΣΟΨΥ), 11.04.09 at the Conference & Cultural Centre of the University of Patras, in the Children's Choir Spring Festival organized by the Municipality of Egion (11.05.09) and at the concert in ATEI of  Patras together with the Pre-Children's choir of the Organization and the Chirldren's Choir of Patras Municipality Conservatory
