As part of the artistic events organized by “POLYPHONIKI”, two concert performances titled “MUSICAL” will be presented on Sunday, May 17, featuring the POLYPHONIKI Conservatory (Artistic Director: Giorgos Bourdopoulos, Administrative Director: Effi Kavadia) and the Organization’s Youth Choir (Director: Loucy Christodoulou).
The performances will take place at the “Lithografio” Theatre (172b Maizonos Street). The first performance will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the second at 9:00 p.m.
“MUSICAL” will feature students from the Classical and Contemporary Singing Department of the POLYPHONIKI Conservatory, from the classes of professors Irini Karagianni and Chrysa Pantazopoulou, as well as the Organization’s Youth Choir under the direction of Loucy Christodoulou. Piano accompaniment will be provided by professors Marina Mylona and Loucy Christodoulou, while percussion will be performed by professor Giorgos Lamprakos.
These concert performances are dedicated to some of the greatest musicals of all time. From magical fairy tales to stories filled with passion, dreams, and emotion, the audience will be taken on a journey through worlds where music becomes the language of feelings.
Admission to the performances will be by numbered invitations, which are already available at the Organization’s Secretariat Office (with seat selection available on the venue plan), daily from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Due to the limited seating capacity of the “Lithografio” Theatre, early reservation of invitations is strongly recommended. A box office will also operate at the theatre before each performance.
